We’ve had a lot of movement in our team recently. We’ve had to say some difficult goodbyes, with Carolin headed to TU Chemnitz, Angie to UC Berkeley, Richard to CiMeC in Italy, and Kathi for a new job. Lisa is headed to Munich (but only for a few months, thank goodness!) to start a collaboration with Lisa Fenk at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Intelligence. Nina is about to start a position in one of our projects at the Science of Intelligence Cluster, too.
We’ve welcomed some new people though! Marida Zhupa joined us last autumn as a student research assistant, and Laura van Zantwijk also joined us for a couple months to work on a research proposal under Martin and Joan. While she submitted this proposal in January, we’re still trying to keep her around in the lab because we want to test out some of her ideas on the tracker.
