European Summer School in Sensory Neuroscience Starts today!

We are pleased to announce today as the start of the European Summer School in Sensory Neuroscience! This event, organized by a team of experts, promises to be an enriching experience for all participants. Martin is one of the organizers along with Paola Binda (University of Pisa), Olivier Collignon (UCLouvain), and Morten Storm Overgaard (Aarhus University). The first week will be conducted with online lectures followed by an in person portion next week hosted in Pisa. Along with Martin, two of our lab members, Arne and Tobi, will be participating.

The summer school will provide a place to promote knowledge exchange and explore the fundamental concepts of (multi) sensory-motor integration. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage with current research methods in sensory neuroscience, such as neuroimaging during their onsite visit to the ultra-high field Magnetic Resonance centre Imago7.

For more details about the summer school, please visit the official website of the European Summer School in Sensory Neuroscience: https://www.unipi.it/index.php/health-sciences/item/25487-eu-sum-sch-sensory-neuroscience. Our cluster of excellence Science of Intelligence provides generous funding for students’ travel expenses.

We extend our best wishes to all participants, hoping that this summer school will be an unforgettable experience filled with learning, inspiration, and new connections. Let the journey into the world of sensory neuroscience begin!
