We are already one month into the new year, the semester is about to end, and we are preparing a series of new experiments. Time to look back for a moment. Adu, Kai and Yigit have finished their lab rotations with us and are moving on. Also Frederik is heading in a new direction and we wish him all the best for the future (and we hope to see you often).

Sven will stay with us for a little longer, as his own position is funded by the DFG for another three years. Three student assistants will help him to collect a lot of data to better understand how we update memory representations in the presence of eye movements.

The lab expects a new exciting phase. We are more than happy that Martin has received an ERC Consolidator Grant. The excitement and anticipation to finally get started with the project is palpable. The lab will grow a bit in the upcoming months and we will report in more detail about the project soon.
